13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapnagruha and Kongs Business Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
13.2 Swapnagruha’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Swapnagruha in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 25,000 whichever is lower.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swapnagruha, Kongs Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

18.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
18.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
18.3 The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Hyderabad in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
18.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim relief or approaching a competent consumer forum or regulatory authority under applicable law.
Swapnagruha shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, internet failures, or technical failures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swapnagruha regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
Failure by Swapnagruha to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from Swapnagruha. Swapnagruha may assign its rights without restriction.
Notices to users may be given via email to the address provided during registration or through prominent notices on the Platform. Notices to Swapnagruha shall be sent to legal@swapnagruha.com .
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Swapnagruha.
