Pragati Green Heights is a vast residential venture comprising 2,500 plots with around 2,300 members. This project, strategically located at an elevated site, offers stunning views of the Hi-Tech City and is abutting the Express Highway, which is set to become a six-lane road connecting Bombay and Bangalore. As a green project, we have been planting trees and herbs from day one, including fruit trees, avenue trees, medicinal plants, and endangered species. Every 500 sq yard plot is planted with nine fruit-bearing trees and nine wood-yielding plants, such as Mango, Sapota, Amla, Jackfruit, Guava, Pomegranate, Teak, and Mahogany.

The community is accessible through wide roads, with over a hundred species of avenue trees like Millingtonia, Jamun, and Jacaranda, all irrigated through a drip system. The plantation, along with periodic mulching and composting, ensures a sustainable environment where nature flourishes. Pragati Green Heights offers a harmonious blend of luxury and eco-conscious living.
