Pragati Green Heights, launched in 2004, is a large residential project with 2,500 plots and 2,300 members. Nestled in an elevated location with stunning views of Hi-Tech City, it’s adjacent to the Express Highway, soon to be expanded to six tracks. This green initiative emphasizes biodiversity, featuring extensive plantations of fruit and wood trees, including mango, sapota, and teak.
Each 500 sq yard plot hosts 9 fruit trees and 9 wood-yielding plants, complemented by over a hundred avenue tree species, such as Millingtonia and Jacaranda. All plants benefit from a drip irrigation system, periodic mulching, and compost, ensuring sustainability and high-quality fruit.
The venture is divided into three sectors: Phase One with 579 plots, G Sector with 1,193 plots, and A Sector with 990 plots, all offering various plot sizes and green amenities.
